JATIM CORPORATE UNIVERSITY CREATIVE COLLABORATION MODEL IN COMPETENCE DEVELOPMENT OF THE STATE CIVIL APPARATUS IN INDONESIA

Abstract

One need in developing an organization is the ability of a leader to create models of creative collaboration with various partners. Through creative collaboration, there are more alternatives and more effective actions. In addition, creative collaboration can solve problems, increase access, and quality in competency development. Collaboration in building creative networks can be realized if each stakeholder can create ideas and excellence in collaboration that is beneficial for each party. This shows that the Corpu approach has been accepted as part of a competency development policy, and needs to be implemented by all government agencies. Corpu in this case is interpreted as an ASN competency development approach that acts as a strategic tool to support the achievement of the organization's vision and mission through an integrated learning process involving experts from inside/outside government agencies. ASN Corpu structure does not need to be formed in an organizational structure, attached to the existing organizational structure. The tasks, functions and activities that exist in ASN Corpu can be added to the tasks and functions of the applicable structure.
