THE EFFECT OF CAREER, REWARD, AND PUNISHMENT DEVELOPMENT ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE IN MADCHAN GROUP LAMONGAN

Abstract

There are several effective factors needed to achieve a work plan that is in accordance with the path or level of the organization in order to stimulate discipline and motivation to work. Career development is personal coaching that is carried out by a person to achieve a work plan in accordance with the organizational level or level. This study aims to determine whether career development, reward, and punishment partially or simultaneously affect employee performance and to determine which factor is the most dominant among the three factors affecting employee performance at Madchan Gruop Lamongan. The method in this research is quantitative method, using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, Pearson product moment correlation, coefficient of determination,  t test, and F test. The results of this study indicate that all variables independent partially or simultaneously has a significant influence on employee performance, and from the results of multiple regression calculations, the variable reward has the most dominant influence. With this research, it is hoped that it can provide a positive view of the sustainability of company performance in the future.
