Abstract

: Naval Service Vocational Education is a higher education institution that produces Navy soldiers who are devoted to God Almighty, patriotism, Pancasila, based on the doctrine of the soldier's oath, TrisilaIndonesia Navy, professional and have leadership competence, with many external competencies that are demanded, there are also many problems requires policies, methods, qualified resources so that they can produce professional Navy officers. As for the striking problem is the number of courses that must be completed, the teachers and teachers who are teaching teachers must have specific competences and requirements as well as the influence of organizational culture. The method used is descriptive qualitative by using Henry Mintzberg's organizational theory, the theory of transformational leadership from Mc. Gregor Burn and Noel M. Tichy and Edgar Dale's Pyramid of Learning. As for the results of too much curriculum research which can cause chronic stress on students, it is necessary to make efforts to redesign a simpler curriculum, restructure lectures organization that is able to facilitate lecture to carry out the tri dharma of higher education, Reorganization in the Marine Service Vocational Education Institution to synchronize education policies. vocational level of the Navy to achieve world-class PT through national standardization
