THE ROLE OF INDIVIDUAL READINESS TO CHANGE ON THE INFLUENCE OF ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE CHANGE AND MOTIVATION ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE OF PT. ANGKASA PURA I (PERSERO) IN THE PANDEMIC OF COVID- 19

Abstract

The impact of company policies in surviving in the pandemic of Covid 19 has changed the behavior patterns of employees in doing their work. Even the ways of working have been replaced by online or virtual means to prevent the spread of the Covid-19. Thus, it is important for the employees to make adaptation or adjustment in the organizational culture of the company. This research objective is to examine and analyze individual readiness to change as an intervening variable on the influence of changes in organizational culture and motivation on employee performance. The research sample was 38 employees who were used as research respondents. The analysis technique used was the Partial Least Square (PLS) technique. The results of the study showed that Organizational Culture Change contributed to individual readiness to change, Motivation contributed to Individual Readiness to Change, Organizational Culture Change contributed to Employee Performance, Motivation contributed to Employee Performance, Individual Readiness to Change contributed to Employee Performance, Individual Readiness to Change as intervening variables on the influence of Organizational Culture Change and Motivation contributed to Employee Performance.
