USER SATISFACTION MEASUREMENT OF VOTER DATA INFORMATION SYSTEM WITH EUCS MODEL IN KOMISI PEMILIHAN UMUM SURABAYA
Abstract
SIDALIH (voter data information system) is a website created by the General Election Commission for updating voter data in Indonesia. However, SIDALIH users often make mistakes when maintaining the system due to disturbances from external and internal factors that can affect user satisfaction and performance. So it is necessary to re-measure to improve the quality of the system. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the increase of SIDALIH user satisfaction in the General Election Commission of Surabaya using End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS). The model consists of five variables: content, accuracy, format, ease to use and timeliness. The city of Surabaya was chosen as the research location because Surabaya as the second largest city in Indonesia has often been chosen as the main barometer in evaluating the success of a program or policy. The analytical method used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis to determine the quality relationship between the dependent variable. The research sample of 62 respondents was taken from all SIDALIH users in the KPU and 31 PPK offices in the city of Surabaya using purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the variables namely content, accuracy, format and timeliness had a significant and positive effect on SIDALIH user satisfaction, while the ease of use variable had no significant effect.References
