AS Surabaya. Data were collected using questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used a multiple linear regression analysis model with the F test and the T test. Meanwhile R2 = 0.946, gives the meaning that 94.6% variation in employee performance can be explained by variations in organizational culture and job satisfaction simultaneously and the rest (5.4%) is influenced by other variables not examined. For the effect of each variable partially, the organizational culture variable with a regression coefficient of 1.082 with a significance of 0.000 less than 0.05 means that organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance by 10.82%. Job satisfaction variable with a regression coefficient of 0.050 with a significance of 0.583 is greater than 0.05, meaning that job satisfaction has no significant effect on employee performance.
