Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test and analyze the effect of training, motivation, and work environment on the performance of teachers of SMA Negeri 12 Pekanbaru. The population in this study was a teacher at SMA Negeri 12 Pekanbaru. The sample used in this study was 40 people using the technique of determining the number of samples in this study using the Roscoe theory formula. Roscoe's theory says that if the study will conduct an analysis with multivariate (collation or double regression), then the number of sample members is at least 10 times the number of variables studied (Sugiyono, 2010: 130). So, because this study consists of 4 variables, then the number of samples is 4 x 10 = 40 Respondents. The results of the study obtained that training, motivation, and work environment had a significant and positive effect on the performance of teachers of SMA Negeri 12 Pekanbaru.
